German Survival Machete

This type of machete was issued primarily to the WWII German Luftwaffe bomber crews who served on the eastern front. The original machetes are a rare find, making our German Luftwaffe machete a serious alternative to collectors and re-enactors alike. The blade has been made of hand forged high carbon steel, and all of the metal components of this machete are deeply blued, including the scabbard. Thanks to the dark finished hardwood handle plates and its very good balance, this machete has excellent manageability. 

Includes scabbard. The machete comes with a black canvas frog that fits to up to 2 ¾” wide belts.
